SERVICE SUPPORT

The Wenger Technical Service staff is on call 24 hours a day to assist customers. Whether it be thorough training of your operating personnel, in-plant assistance with quality control and operational problems, or complete field service and support, Wenger service is just a phone call, fax, or e-mail away! With a staff of 25 in Sabetha, 5 in Europe, and 3 in Asia, the Wenger Technical Service staff are poised to offer Wenger clients fast, professional service.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The Wenger Technical Center is a 25,000 square meter research complex uniquely equipped with an analytical laboratory and two pilot plants with both single and twin screw extruders including all necessary support equipment which is available to Wenger's customers for new product developments. The Technical Center is staffed with processing specialists, cereal scientists, and processing engineers who conduct and participate in extrusion seminars and lectures around the world.
