  • Wenger Mixers - Wenger Batch Mixers weigh, mix and meter thoroughly blended ingredients to the extrusion equipment.
  • Loss in Weight Feed Systems - Wenger Loss in Weight Feed System is designed to deliver an accurate flow of mixed dry material to Wenger extruders regardless of variations in raw material.
  • Flavor Application Systems are designed for conditioning, feeding and applying additives at optimum temperature and quantity to extruded product.
  • Fat Application Systems are designed to uniformly apply hot animal fats, flavorings, or marine oils to extrusion cooked animal feeds.
  • Automated Vacuum Infusion equipment allows our customers to infuse lipids, liquids, flavors, etc. into extruded products.
  • Vacuum Pumps are designed for the removal of air and volatiles from extruder barrel; it facilitates control of temperature as well as physical and organoleptic properties of extrudate.
  • High Pressure Pumps are designed for injection of chemicals, additives (colors, flavors, fats, etc.) into process system flow.
  • Control Systems regulate everything from start-up to shutdown including temperature, throughput, liquid addition to post extrusion processes.
